At Comfii Home, we are a family and our employees work together as a team. With the current situation, we are taking more precautions to ensure the safety and health of everyone in our Comfii Home family.

We take temperatures and report our health daily as a procedure. All packaging and machines are sanitized and cleaned daily for the safety of our customers.

CARRIER RESPONSIBILITIES

We deliver our products by FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator and Canpar Express, whichever ships the fastest to your door.

After an order has shipped, standard delivery/transit time is about 1-10 business days domestically (not including any potential delays to rural locations).

Due to reduced operations at these carriers, the wait time may be longer, but we always ship out your order within 1 business day. Guaranteed!

WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you experience an extended delivery time, we sincerely apologize and hope our trusted customers will understand, especially in these times.
